RECEPTION
Reception services are available to all companies in a Business Center. With reception services Petrasol aims to serve several companies flexibly at the same time. In the basic service model the reception is staffed with Petrasol's staff on working days (Mon. - Fri.) from 8 am to 4.30 pm ready to serve You and Your company.

- receiving guests
- distribution of guest forms and monthly reporting of guest number
- distribution of guest cards
- informing hosts by phone
- ushering guests to desired places
- ordering taxies for guests
- recieving couriers and deliverymen, signing for letter-size deliveries and informing recievers by email. Signing for big deliveries, informing recievers by email and guiding couriers and deliverymen.
- booking meeting rooms and representation premises and taking catering orders
- delivering meeting and assistant services
- selling office services
